Zaina - Aug. 8, 2022, 10:05 p.m.

This recipe is the meal-prep champion I've been looking for! Not only was it incredibly easy to make but it's such a clever way to get plenty of veggies in on my mid-day meal. I swapped whole-wheat pasta for chickpea pasta for my first batch. :) Definitely planning on bringing this to family bbqs in the future! Thanks so much PUL team!

PUL Team - Aug. 10, 2022, 8:17 a.m.

Woohoo! It means so much it's being enjoyed and may be part of the special get-togethers. Thank you, Zaina 😃

Lawrence - July 30, 2022, 6:47 p.m.

Perfect refreshing meal on a warm sunshiny day!

Annelies - July 28, 2022, 11:40 a.m.

I love the pasta salad, but the dressing turned out to be a little too sour (too much lemon juice). Also the tahini taste overruled everything. However I used the right amounts of the ingrediënt. How can I make it less sour?

PUL Team - July 29, 2022, 5:30 a.m.

Hey Annelies, thanks for sharing your experience with it - how disappointing! Sometimes larger lemons have more juice in them which can make dishes sourer, or spoiled lemons may give a more bitter flavour as well if you think this was a possibility. To help in the meantime, adding a touch of baking soda can counteract acidity. Alternatively, a little bit of sweetness from syrup or sugar can help mask bitterness. We hope this helps for now 🙂

Emily - July 8, 2022, 6:16 p.m.

A delicious pasta salad recipe and very easy to throw together. I use red lentil pasta to boost the protein content.

PUL Team - July 9, 2022, 2:16 a.m.

Mmm a delicious idea, Emily, thank you!

Birgitt - July 4, 2022, 1:58 p.m.

Super yummy!

Scarlett - June 26, 2022, 5:22 a.m.

So yummy. My favorite pasta salad recipe, i make it frequently!

Erika Baker - June 25, 2022, 7:03 p.m.

LOVED this meal. So fresh and great for summer! Next time I’ll add more cucumbers and less onions. Definitely make this!

PUL Team - June 27, 2022, 5:03 a.m.

Thanks a bunch, Erika - we're so happy to hear!

A - June 22, 2022, 3:28 p.m.

One of our favourites for mealprep lunch

Sun - June 14, 2022, 3:17 a.m.

Hi! Would it still taste good without the red wine vinegar? I’m not able to eat vinegars of all sorts. Thank you!

PUL Team - June 16, 2022, 2:41 a.m.

Hey Sun, it'll be a tad less flavourful but you could adjust the spices or add a touch more lemon juice to taste 🙂

Tayler - June 14, 2022, 2:10 a.m.

Extremely delicious and flavorful, plus it comes together super quick! A family favorite and will be making the rotation during summer gatherings!

PUL Team - June 16, 2022, 2:39 a.m.

Hey Tayler, we appreciate the lovely review so much - thank you!

Zoë - June 12, 2022, 2:27 a.m.

This is my absolute favorite pasta salad! It's so easy to make and everyone always loves it. I love meal prepping this salad for work as well.

PUL Team - June 15, 2022, 6:52 a.m.

Such a huge compliment, Zoë! So glad it's being enjoyed 🙂

Ellie - June 11, 2022, 3:15 a.m.

I make this almost every week for my non-vegan family and they love it! Perfect this time of year with fresh dill from the garden.

PUL Team - June 13, 2022, 4:21 p.m.

Aw so sweet of you to make it for them! Fresh dill sounds lovely too, Ellie 😍

Erica - June 9, 2022, 7:57 p.m.

I love to make this pasta salad and take to share on a picnic! Definitely a crowd pleaser.

PUL Team - June 10, 2022, 9:30 p.m.

Mmm bringing it in a picnic sounds lovely, Erica, thank you ✨

Mihaela - June 8, 2022, 3:53 p.m.

I love this salad! It's super delicious and easy to make!

Danielle - May 24, 2022, 3:13 p.m.

Apologies in advance; I'm the annoying person who always comments on recipes asking for a substitute for the bell peppers due to allergies! Do you think cherry/grape tomatoes would work well as a substitute in this recipe? I'm keen to try this with high-protein pasta as I think it'd make a very satisfying lunch. 😊

PUL Team - May 24, 2022, 5:17 p.m.

Oh Danielle, please don't apologize! It is not annoying at all and we applaud your flexibility with recipe modifications. We'll note down an idea to list substitutes for bell pepper and other vegetables where possible.

Cherry tomatoes sound like a delicious substitute! We've had several positive reviews with both cherry tomatoes and zucchini in this one 🙂

Melody - May 20, 2022, 1:08 a.m.

This was nearly perfect but I think I needed a few more spices or a different one. The cumin gave it a bit of a more bitter taste than I wanted. I kept adding more salt to taste, and fresh ground pepper, but I think using a replacement for cumin might be better for me. Any recommendations on what would work? Everything else about it I loved, so I'd still recommend anyone trying this--there was just a teeny bit missing for me and I can't place it. Love the channel and the site! Look forward to eating ALL THE THINGS!

PUL Team - May 20, 2022, 1:21 a.m.

Hey there, Melody, thanks for sharing your experience with this one. Do you usually use the cumin in other dishes without the bitter taste? We find that using fresh spices is super helpful to avoid bitterness so if your cumin is older or not used frequently that may be one possibility. If an alternative is desired though, perhaps ground coriander or chili powder are two ideas 😊

Melody - May 20, 2022, 1:50 a.m.

This is a relatively new bottle -- but I will pay attention the next time I use it to see if I still have the bitter taste. And I love the chili powder idea, and will check out coriander too! Thanks!

Danielle - May 24, 2022, 3:10 p.m.

Melody, could the tahini possibly be the culprit? I find that when I make recipes that call for more than a tbsp or two of tahini, they can sometimes turn out a bit bitter, despite using high-quality unhulled tahini. If it turns out that the tahini is the culprit, you can always try substituting with cashew or sunflower butter. 😊

Shriya - May 13, 2022, 9:04 p.m.

Loved this salad! It's so filling and yummy, the tahini sauce adds such a great flavor to the veggies and pasta!

PUL Team - May 15, 2022, 12:27 a.m.

Beyond happy the pasta salad is being enjoyed, Shriya, thank you!

marisol - April 30, 2022, 7:48 p.m.

Just made this for lunch and wow!! I loved it! I recently started to add dill to my meals and this recipe is perfect!! I also used chickpea pasta for this recipe since I didn't have chickpeas on hand! But still so good!!

PUL Team - April 30, 2022, 10:13 p.m.

We're so thrilled to hear, Marisol, thank you!

Brooke - April 29, 2022, 9:32 p.m.

Hi I am going to make this tonight, but I do not have dill. Is it ok if I use some other herb like parsley?

PUL Team - April 30, 2022, 7:24 p.m.

Hi Brooke, yes the fresh dill can be substituted for an alternative fresh herb such as basil, chives, or parsley! In case you're interested and haven't already seen it yet, the little arrows beside ingredients can be clicked to show sample substitutes on our new website. We hope you enjoy the pasta 😃

Rachel - April 6, 2022, 10:58 a.m.

This is an amazing recipe, so much so we pretty much have it on a weekly basis for lunches. Usually I add in some extra salad veggies (whatever we have in the fridge) but leave out the olives (Husband not a fan) and the red onion (I'm not a fan) - Super super tasty and so easy and simple to throw together ready for the next day. Highly recommend :D

PUL Team - April 6, 2022, 3:58 p.m.

We appreciate it so much, Rachel, thank you for taking the time to share!

Roxana - April 4, 2022, 7:24 p.m.

Yummy. Next time I'll add less vinegar, but that's a matter of taste. It was delicious and this tahini dressing will be used with other ingredients too :D

PUL Team - April 5, 2022, 4:22 p.m.

So happy to hear it was enjoyed, Roxana, thank you ☺️

Sue - March 29, 2022, 2:21 p.m.

Prepped this for my lunch this week. I used edamame pasta. Love the ease in making it and it is quite a filling lunch. I did add more lemon. Bright and delicious.

PUL Team - March 29, 2022, 9 p.m.

Mmm that sounds delicious! Thanks for sharing, Sue 😊

Emelia - March 27, 2022, 5:01 p.m.

Superb! A tip is to make the dressing in a jar, shake it to combine and then it's ready to store :)

PUL Team - March 27, 2022, 9:32 p.m.

Thanks for the tip, Emelia :D

Chantelle - March 8, 2022, 9:45 p.m.

I made this pasta salad with some crushed nuts instead of chickpeas, it's very delicious:D I really enjoyed the flavor of the tahini dressing. Thank you!

PUL Team - March 10, 2022, 7:59 a.m.

Mmm sounds lovely, Chantelle, thanks for the idea 😊

Jane - March 6, 2022, 4:31 p.m.

Lovely recipe! Can I take this to work/school? Do i have to refrigerate it? Thank you!

PUL Team - March 7, 2022, 6:08 a.m.

Hey Jane, we love bringing this one to school or work for lunch 😃 We recommend storing it in the fridge with the dressing separate from the pasta and veggies to keep it saucy, and stirring in the dressing the day of if possible. You might find it dries up if mixed longer than that 😊

Eliane - March 5, 2022, 3:27 a.m.

A delicious salad! I didn't have chickpeas but put in edamame beans instead and used fennel, mint and coriander for herbs. Thank you!!

PUL Team - March 5, 2022, 7:17 p.m.

Ooo that sounds incredible, Eliane, thanks for sharing your experience with this one 🤤

Jamie - March 3, 2022, 12:32 a.m.

I love this salad, although I altered it some! I’m not an olive fan, and my boyfriend doesn’t care for chickpeas, so we did artichoke hearts and white beans. Great stuff.

PUL Team - March 3, 2022, 2:53 a.m.

Mmm lovely modifications, Jamie, thanks for the ideas 😃

Galittza - March 1, 2022, 3:16 a.m.

I live in S Florida, USA and it's always hot here except for 2-3 weeks, maybe 4 if we're having serious cold fronts. 😆 so I am always looking for refreshing meals. This was absolutely one of my favorite that I've done now twice and about to do again. I share with my family who is not vegan and they love it. Thank you for putting all this content out there. I use to hate the kitchen and now I'm starting to see the appeal :)

PUL Team - March 1, 2022, 5:37 a.m.

Oh, Galittza, so lovely to hear! We're so happy the PUL content and cooking process is being enjoyed. Sending hugs to Florida 🤗

Erin - Feb. 24, 2022, 2:09 p.m.

I made this for my husband and me and we ate it for lunch for days without tiring. It was delicious!!

PUL Team - Feb. 25, 2022, 1:35 a.m.

We're so happy the salad was enjoyed, Erin☺️

Sureka - Feb. 24, 2022, 1:40 p.m.

Amazing recepie!! Loved it🥰

Michelle - Feb. 16, 2022, 12:24 a.m.

The dressing is delicious and very versatile! It makes it very easy to adapt and adjust the pasta salad for taste and available ingredients.

PUL Team - Feb. 16, 2022, 9:52 p.m.

It means so much to hear, Michelle, thank you!

Elsa - Feb. 15, 2022, 7:23 p.m.

Really tasty!

Isabelle fontaine - Feb. 14, 2022, 11:14 a.m.

Our daughter made this recipe and that was absolutely delicious!!! The sauce was creamy and so unusual ! We ate this dish twice this week !! And we're not tired of it !

PUL Team - Feb. 14, 2022, 10:34 p.m.

So nice of your daughter to make it, Isabelle, and we're so glad it was enjoyed :D

Agathe Fontaine - Feb. 12, 2022, 9:38 a.m.

hello PUL ! I wanted to make this recipe for lunch today but I only have almond butter left, and I'm afraid the taste will be weird ? What do you think ?

PUL Team - Feb. 14, 2022, 3:02 a.m.

Hey Agathe! Did you end up testing it out already? We haven't experimented with it, although imagine it could work. One idea may be to add less to almond butter to start. We can always add more to taste or add water to desired consistency. Extra lemon juice, garlic, or spices could also help balance out the flavours if needed 😊

Tanine - Feb. 5, 2022, 11:04 a.m.

So so so soooooo good. Fresh and nutty. Definitely a great recipe! Thank you for sharing it :)

PUL Team - Feb. 6, 2022, 3:21 a.m.

Aw thank you, Tanine!

Anubhuti - Feb. 5, 2022, 5:35 a.m.

Love this super simple wholesome and delicious salad so much! It's so quick and easy to make and the tahini dressing is truly fantastic! Thank you so much Sadia. 😘

PUL Team - Feb. 5, 2022, 6:57 a.m.

So glad it's being enjoyed, Anubhuti!

Florentina - Feb. 2, 2022, 8:48 p.m.

Hi Pick Up Limes team,

This dish looks so wonderful, but I don't have fresh dill at this moment.

Can I use dried dill instead? And if yes, how much dry dill should I substitute for fresh dill?

Best regards :)

PUL Team - Feb. 3, 2022, 5:22 a.m.

Hello Florentina! You can omit the dill if you don't currently have any on hand. If desired though, dried dill can be used too. It's more concentrated in flavour than fresh dill so we'd recommend starting with less to start, such as a 1/4 cup or less. You can always add more to taste! If you have any other fresh herbs on hand such as basil, chives, or parsley that could be used too. We hope this helps for now 😊

Danyelle - Jan. 30, 2022, 6:57 p.m.

Didn’t have any dill, but still delicious! My teenager even approves!

PUL Team - Jan. 31, 2022, 1:48 a.m.

A huge compliment, Danyelle, thanks a bunch 😃

Milla - Jan. 30, 2022, 4:23 a.m.

Do you have any recommendations for a nut/ seed butter that can be used instead of tahini? This looks delicious but I'm allergic to sesame :(

PUL Team - Jan. 31, 2022, 1:08 a.m.

Hey Milla, an alternative nut or seed butter such as cashew butter, almond butter, or sunflower seed butter are some ideas. We hope you enjoy the recipe if you're able to give it a try 😊

Kristin - Jan. 29, 2022, 1:23 p.m.

I also just prepared the salad and haven't consider using dill for so long. I guess, I'll use it more often from now on :)

PUL Team - Jan. 29, 2022, 7:58 p.m.

So glad to hear, Kristin! In case you're interested and haven't already seen, we have some other recipes that use dill here: pickuplimes.com/recipe/?sb=&a… :)

Heidi - Jan. 27, 2022, 7:47 p.m.

Made this salad today and it was outstanding! Explosion of flavor in your mouth… Everyone loved it!

PUL Team - Jan. 27, 2022, 8:40 p.m.

Beyond thrilled it was enjoyed, Heidi!

Rose - Jan. 23, 2022, 10:55 a.m.

So hard to find fresh dill around here. May I use dill weed? I got it in a jar from a store. Thanks :)

PUL Team - Jan. 26, 2022, 5:59 a.m.

Hey there, Rose! Thanks for the question. You can use the dried dill weed if that's more accessible. It will be more concentrated in flavour so we'd recommend starting with less. You can always add more to taste! Some other alternatives may be omitting the dill altogether or substituting it with a different fresh herb such as basil, chives, or parsley. We hope this helps for now 😃

Dina Greenblatt - Jan. 20, 2022, 10:23 p.m.

I am absolutely obsessed with your website, and everything you do. Can't wait to try this recipe. It looks heaven!

PUL Team - Jan. 21, 2022, 7:01 a.m.

Aw thanks Dina, and we hope you enjoy it!

Melanie - Jan. 19, 2022, 9:47 p.m.

I substituted the cucumber for zucchini and added halved cherry tomatoes. So good, my 7 year old son had 3 helpings!! Thank you for the inspiration :)

PUL Team - Jan. 21, 2022, 4:58 a.m.

Mmm sounds delicious, Melanie, thanks a bunch ✨

Charlotte - Jan. 18, 2022, 6:45 p.m.

I usually prefer pasta warm than cold/room temperature but this pasta salad is so so good! I find it makes a brilliant meal prep for future days (dressing stored seperately of course) and the addition of kalamata olives is a real bonus. Love the colours, love the flavours!

PUL Team - Jan. 19, 2022, 6:27 p.m.

So happy to hear, Charlotte - we love batch prepping with this one too 😃

Noor - Jan. 18, 2022, 1:16 p.m.

Delicious!!

Michelle - Jan. 17, 2022, 4:53 p.m.

PUL Team - Jan. 17, 2022, 11:59 p.m.

Awe it means so much that the recipe was enjoyed, Lobke - thank you!

Courtney - Jan. 17, 2022, 3:46 a.m.

The sauce is delicious! So simple but so amazing

Cecilia - Jan. 16, 2022, 9:44 p.m.

Yummy! Was surprised how good the tahini dressing was

Lydoa - Jan. 16, 2022, 6:55 p.m.

This is so delicious and will be a go-to lunch for us! I just finished a bowl and should probably have another…
Thanks for a great recipe!

PUL Team - Jan. 16, 2022, 8:49 p.m.

So happy to hear, Lydoa, enjoy!

Amy - Jan. 15, 2022, 7:43 p.m.

Yum! Love the tahini as I am always on the lookout for ways to use it. Ended up sending it to my mom telling to to make it! Thank you!

PUL Team - Jan. 15, 2022, 8:33 p.m.

We're so glad the recipe is being enjoyed, Amy, and thank you for sharing it! It means so much :)

Haley - Jan. 14, 2022, 8:51 p.m.

I had to add some spices to keep this from being a little bland for me but it was still an easy recipe to adjust to my taste. It provided me with a quick, easy lunch for a number of days and left me feeling good. Super important as I am an ICU nurse and feeling good after a meal helps me with the long hours and mental demand. Thanks for the recipe. I will be making again.

PUL Team - Jan. 15, 2022, 12:19 a.m.

Hey Haley, we appreciate the honest feedback! A sincere thank you for all of your hard work and contributions on the front line as well 💚 The addition of extra spices is a lovely idea to add more flavour. We also find that using fresh spices can help boost the flavour so that might be another area to explore if applicable 😊

Catherine - Jan. 13, 2022, 7:01 a.m.

Oh my goodness this was delicious! This is the first recipe of yours that I have made despite the fact I save nearly all of them. I’m trying to be more “plant forward” this year and I enjoy your recipes. I was a little hesitant about tahini but since most of my vegan content creators use this I had to try it. Amazing! Funny thing however, I forgot the chickpeas and the olives! The two ingredients I was most excited about. I’ll just add them when I dish up my bowl for lunch tomorrow. Next time I will use the check off feature on the site when I make this again. I didn’t read the part that mentioned to store the dressing separately. I hope it’s still good tomorrow

A couple of adjustments I made (besides forgetting the chickpeas and olives) is I made it with chickpea pasta and left out the oil since I’m trying to cook oil free. The chickpea pasta was wonderful!

Cheers!

PUL Team - Jan. 13, 2022, 8:46 p.m.

Oh, Catherine, we appreciate it so much! A lovely idea to add the chickpeas and olives afterwards, it can be so easy to forget ingredients sometimes. Thanks for taking the time to share and wishing you all the best with your plant-forward journey 🌻

Justine - Jan. 11, 2022, 10:56 p.m.

This was delicious! Will be a staple of weekly lunch meal prep for sure. More pasta salad recipes please!

PUL Team - Jan. 12, 2022, 4:52 a.m.

Woop woop! We'll take note of the request, Justine 😃

Daria - Jan. 11, 2022, 7:41 p.m.

Wow - made this today and fell totally in love with it! I'm a fan of pasta salads as they're usually quick to toss together, and this one is no different. The flavour it gets from the sauce is unreal - it might just become my new go-to 😍

PUL Team - Jan. 12, 2022, 4:45 a.m.

Aww we're smiling from ear to ear, Daria - so glad it's being enjoyed!

Judit - Jan. 10, 2022, 6:34 p.m.

Sadly couldnt find fresh dill, but tried it without and that was already a succes. Very yummy and will definitely try with dill (if i can find in the future)

PUL Team - Jan. 12, 2022, 2:37 a.m.

A lovely modification, Judit! You can substitute the dill for another fresh herb if accessible such as basil, chives, or parsley if desired 🤗

Amy - Jan. 12, 2022, 6:21 a.m.

Fresh is better flavor but I always buy dried dill because I can never use the fresh before it goes bad. I would just make it ahead with dried so it can sit in the fridge for a while before eating. That way it has time for the flavors to meld. Btw I cannot wait to try this recipe! Sounds amazing!

Rivi - Jan. 10, 2022, 6:25 p.m.

Delicious! I love the unctuous tahini dressing and the freshness of the dill. Made it exactly as the recipe describes it.

PUL Team - Jan. 12, 2022, 2:32 a.m.

So happy to hear, Rivi!

Lara - Jan. 10, 2022, 5:57 p.m.

I’m always so impressed by the meals from PUL. They seem so simple and easy but are loaded with flavor and this pasta is no different! Soooo yummy!!

PUL Team - Jan. 11, 2022, 5:11 p.m.

It means so much, Lara, thank you for taking the time to share 😊

Allie - Jan. 10, 2022, 5:54 a.m.

Made this as a tester to see if I would like it , you know the saying it looks better then it taste 👅 But not this OMG 😳 it was delish!! Now I know what I’m prepping for lunch for the next 4 days…

PUL Team - Jan. 11, 2022, 6:12 a.m.

Woohoo! We hope you enjoy your lunches, Allie!

DANIELLE - Jan. 9, 2022, 11:26 p.m.

Loved it, even hubby commented on how good it was, as he thinks Vegan food can’t be tasty, so we may have a convert. Keep posting lunch time recipes as brilliant for working people . Can wait until you develop an app.
Thank you Sadia for all the time an effort you put in to developing these meals. Truly gifted.

PUL Team - Jan. 10, 2022, 3:35 a.m.

Hi there, Danielle, aw the kind words and support mean so much more than we can express! We're so grateful the PUL content is being enjoyed 🥰

Fadia - Jan. 9, 2022, 4:38 p.m.

Just did this recipe like 5 minutes ago. It’s so so good. I really try to eat plant based as much as possible and this was amazing. I added basil and chilli powder as well as some other fried herbs and it’s so good. It’s also incredibly easy.
Love everything you do!💚

Fadia - Jan. 9, 2022, 4:40 p.m.

Dried herbs*
Never cease to amaze us. Good job as always 🙈

PUL Team - Jan. 10, 2022, 2:59 a.m.

Awe we're so happy to hear, Fadia, thank you! Additional herbs sound lovely too 😃

Sanjana - Jan. 9, 2022, 1:58 p.m.

Tried this out for Sunday lunch with my family, and it was so simple, yet refreshing. I mildly sauted the bell peppers before adding them to the salad since I do not like them raw, but even otherwise was such a simple yet satiating and delicious lunch. As with everything else I eat, however, a little dash of sriracha made it divine! :)

PUL Team - Jan. 10, 2022, 2:42 a.m.

Hey there, Sanjana, thanks a bunch for taking the time to share your experience with this one! Sriracha is a delicious idea to add some kick 😍

Nadika - Jan. 8, 2022, 6:11 p.m.

Easy, delicious, and budget friendly! I really enjoyed how versatile this recipe is. We had almost all of the ingredients already in our fridge/ pantry which was awesome! Thank you PUL Team!

PUL Team - Jan. 10, 2022, 1:24 a.m.

So incredible to hear, Nadika - thank YOU for the kind words 🤗

Manca - Jan. 8, 2022, 5:16 p.m.

I made this pasta salad with basil today for lunch and it tasted amazing. Looking forward to making it with fresh dill as soon as I figure out where to get it.
This was also my first time having the tahini dressing and I loved it. Thank you for the recipe <3

PUL Team - Jan. 10, 2022, 1:17 a.m.

Mmm basil sounds delicious. We're so glad it was enjoyed, Manca!

Martha - Jan. 8, 2022, 1:10 a.m.

So this is not a comment on the recipe, though I have no doubt it will be amazing, but on the website. This is the cleanest, most functional recipe website I have ever seen!! Even the ad placement is so subtle, it didn't annoy me like 99% of all other websites. Everything you guys do is of such amazing quality :)

PUL Team - Jan. 9, 2022, 6:45 a.m.

Oh, Martha, thank you for taking the time to share the glowing feedback! It means so much that the website is being enjoyed 😊

Archana - Jan. 7, 2022, 8:21 p.m.

I love pasta salad but I have never made it before I saw this recipe yesterday, made it today for lunch, I only had chickpea pasta, also added some dijon and edamame, gotta say it was amazing 😻
☺️ thanks for this yum recipe

PUL Team - Jan. 7, 2022, 9:38 p.m.

Sounds delicious, Archana! Thanks a bunch for taking the time to share 😊

Linda - Oct. 16, 2021, 4:49 p.m.

My kids love this for school packed lunch. It's great to make a batch and last a few days.

PUL Team - Oct. 17, 2021, 2:23 a.m.

So glad your little ones are enjoying it, Linda, do let us know if you have any feedback 😃

Linda - Oct. 25, 2021, 12:33 a.m.

My only comment with this, is that it’s beautiful when newly made but I find it dries up the next day. Not sure what would be best to add to loosen it up for future days.

PUL Team - Oct. 26, 2021, 3:12 a.m.

Hey Linda, we'd recommend storing the dressing separately from the pasta and veggies, and stir it in the day you're ready to enjoy it to keep it saucy and delicious 😋

Jennifer L - Aug. 12, 2021, 11:36 p.m.

This is my go-to easy dish when I’m heading to a cottage or a party. It always impresses everyone including those who eat meat! I’m not a big olive lover so I swap those for chopped pickles and I add chopped grape tomatoes too

PUL Team - Aug. 13, 2021, 2:06 a.m.

Love the sub, Jennifer, and so glad the pasta salad is being enjoyed!

Julia - July 26, 2021, 6:17 a.m.

So refreshing and delicious! There's no video for this recipe but it isn't hard at all, anybody can do this. I would recommend it to anyone who loves pasta salad or tahini-inspired flavors - it's the perfect blend. I honestly don't eat pasta salads ever but this I will definitely make over and over. ALSO, this new site is AMAZING, just had to point that out.

PUL Team - July 27, 2021, 7:38 p.m.

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, Julia, it means so much more than we can express 🥰

Christina - July 25, 2021, 6:27 p.m.

I was a little wary of mixing tahini with pasta salad, but this really works so well! I've meal-prepped this for lunch a few times, and I totally recommend trying it out. Thanks for another great salad recipe!

Meg - July 25, 2021, 4:36 p.m.

While I can't speak for the entire salad recipe, I have to say this recipe's dressing saved what was about to be a pasta salad disaster! I was making a pasta salad (my first time ever) to take to a friend's for a grill-out and had made the entire salad part, but when it came to the dressing it was 50% sugar and 50% mayonnaise and 100% disgusting. I'm not sure why our American pasta salads feel the need to be SO unhealthy. Luckily, I know I can always count on Sadia and her amazing team to have something that is sure to be not only incredibly delicious, but also nutritious. This pasta sauce is really good and saved the dish! (Thanks, team!!)

PUL Team - July 27, 2021, 5:20 p.m.

We're so thrilled you enjoyed the dressing and the pasta salad was saved, Meg! Thank you for sharing the review 😊

Lou - July 25, 2021, 10:50 a.m.

Dot - July 9, 2021, 11:20 p.m.

Just made it. It is glorious :)

Lacy - July 8, 2021, 10:07 p.m.

I learned from the iced coffee episode that many comments were lost when you launched this amazing new website! So I'm adding one here to let you know that we LOVE this pasta salad. Your recipes were truly a lifeline to me and my husband when we decided to go vegan back in 2016. As I'm looking through this new site and all the new recipes since then, I just can't believe that such a beautiful and free resource exists! Thanks for all you do to bring health to our homes and communities, Sadia. Much love, Lacy in Los Angeles

PUL Team - July 11, 2021, 3:25 p.m.

Oh, Lacy, this review means so much! We're so happy you're enjoying the PUL content. Much love back to Los Angeles 💖

Rincy Cyriac - July 8, 2021, 5:45 p.m.

The simplicity of the preparation of this meal is what made me try it out. Simple and yet delicious! I have very fond memories of trying this recipe with my housemates. We even added diced apples and was yummmm!

PUL Team - July 9, 2021, 9:37 p.m.

We're so glad you're enjoying the salad, Rincy! 😃

Dagmar - June 16, 2021, 6:50 p.m.

What a lovely summer evening dinner! We are not a big fan of tahini so we swapped half of it for cashew butter (home made as you taught me). It resulted in a very creamy, protein-rich dressing. Thanks for this tasty recipe!

PUL Team - June 18, 2021, 1:57 a.m.

We love the idea of subbing part of the tahini for cashew butter! Thanks a bunch for sharing, Dagmar 🤗

Cris S - June 5, 2021, 4:37 p.m.

I find I'm not a big fan of the bitterness of tahini so if I were to make it another time I'd reduce that ingredient to a tablespoon maybe.

PUL Team - June 5, 2021, 9:54 p.m.

Thank you for the review and idea to reduce the tahini, Cris! Trying a less bitter nut or seed butter, such as sunflower seed butter, may be another idea if you give the recipe another try and aren't a fan of tahini 😊

Stephanie - May 29, 2021, 8:49 p.m.

Yum! So easy and easy to pack for events away from home. So good!!!

PUL Team - May 30, 2021, 8:37 a.m.

Woohoo! Thank you for the lovely review, Stephanie 🤗

Jana - May 23, 2021, 5:02 p.m.

Wow this pasta salad is the boss! Sooo tasty! Thank you Sadia. You are the best 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

PUL Team - May 24, 2021, 7:38 a.m.

So thrilled you enjoyed the recipe, Jana, thank you! 🥰

Lada - April 21, 2021, 6:24 a.m.

This pasta salad is superb, and so easy to make! I used chickpea pasta for a gluten-free twist and added extra dill, and wow, it's just perfectly and delightfully nourishing. This recipe will definitely be a new staple for me! :)

PUL Team - April 22, 2021, 3:03 a.m.

We appreciate this so much, Lada! So glad to hear :)
