Addictively delicious! I wanted extra protein so I roasted an extra jar of butter beans with the potatoes and chickpeas, and that worked out wonderfully! Need to make more of the tomato sauce next time π

Oh and I was thinking to top this with pomegranate seeds too, feels like that would work well π

I added some fried tofu to increase the protein and it was soo yummy - a flavour bomb

A real good and easy to make recipe! I forgot it was supposed to be eaten with pita bread, it worked well on its own ! I made it with half the harissa, because I'm sensitive to heat, and it was perfect. Also I used pickled turnips, was perfect, one more recipe that will be an easy night meal!

Yummmm! I love this! Perfect, big savory-sweet flavors! I agree that you can't really taste the sweet potatoes, but they're just there being them-sweet-selves while the tomato harissa sauce is the star! The yogurt and pita bring it all together! So, so good!

Oh wow, I love this. The yoghurt indeed ties everything together and the pines are like the cherryβs on top of the cake π

The yogurt really ties everything together and although the dish is still tasty without it, the yogurt really elevates it!

Woau, this was incredibly tasty! Super combination of different flavors and textures! I've replaced the chickpeas by white beans and it worked perfectly. Thank you PULππ€

I don't like sweetpotatoes, but in this recipe with all the flavours I couldn't taste them so it's a way of eating some now and then

Thanks so much for giving it a try and for the honest rating, Maria! Iβm glad the flavours helped the sweet potatoes blend in a bit. If youβre not a big fan of them, you can also try regular potatoes next time π€
