Fasolada - Greek White Bean Soup

Fasolada is a hearty, comforting, flavourful white bean soup from Greece. It is a celebration of simple, wholesome ingredients. Traditionally the white beans are slow-cooked with the rest of the ingredients, but we took some liberty here and used some pre-cooked white beans to make this come together more quickly.

Je suis déçue, trÚs peu de goût et trÚs flotteu. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il y a tant d'eau à ajouter dans cette recette. Seule la feta vient donner un peu de peps à l'ensemble. Ce n'est pas grave il y a d'autres recettes super sur PUL

The water helps create a classic light broth, so if you prefer something richer, you can totally reduce the water a bit or let it simmer longer to concentrate the flavours from the tomato paste, bouillon, and herbs. So glad to hear you’ve been enjoying other recipes more đŸ€—

Hey hey, Emilia, ohh yes absolutely! Other white beans, like navy beans or great northern beans, work well. We imagine that lentils or butter beans for a slightly different texture and flavour could also be delicious đŸ€—
