I'm always looking for high-protein snack ideas so I had to try this. I realky enjoyed it, but Iwould recommend using really ripe and sweet peaches, as the bean spread isn't sweetened. Also the right amount of Salt and lemon ist key or you have quite tasteless cream. Mine Was not smooth/rich enough as I don't use oil. Next time I would maybe add some avocado or nut butter spread.
I definitiv want to try other fruits like pear.
I topped mine with cacao nips and roasted pumpkin seeds but the options are endless.
With some crumbly topping it would even remind me of a cheesecake-like snack.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Desdo! 😊 Omitting the oil will indeed make the spread a little less rich and creamy. The cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds sound delicious, and pears are such a fun idea. Happy experimenting! 🫶
