Za'atar Spice Mix

When you can't find a spice mix at your local grocery store, you make it yourself at home! Za'atar spice mix is a flavourful Middle Eastern seasoning that we use in all sorts of ways. We mix it into our homemade salad dressing, into tofu or tempeh marinades, sprinkle it over roasting veggies, and add it to recipes such as homemade falafels to pack it full of flavour.
