Ingredients

    head garlic
  • 2 tsp (10 mL)
    olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C). Cut the top ½ cm off the top of a bulb of garlic to expose the cloves.
  2. Transfer to a baking tray, and drizzle on the olive oil.
  3. Roast in the centre rack of the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, or until they are lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool. The garlic can be squeezed from the peel once cooled.
