Perfect Roasted Garlic

22 min

  • 1
    head garlic
  • 2 tsp (10 mL)
    olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C)*. Cut the top ½ cm off the top of a bulb of garlic to expose the cloves.
  2. Transfer to a baking tray, and drizzle on the olive oil.
  3. Roast in the centre rack of the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, or until they are lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool. The garlic can be squeezed from the peel once cooled.

  • * We used top and bottom heating (not fan-assisted/convection).

This is a true staple for every home cook. It's an amazing flavor hack that I learnt about on the PUL channel and have been using ever since. Thank you!

Pozdro ;)
