Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the pizza crust on a flat baking tray, and lightly coat with olive oil.
- Place the roasted garlic onto the crust and mash it using the back of a fork, distributing it evenly over the crust.
- For the potatoes to cook in the same amount of time it takes to cook the crust, be sure to slice the potatoes as thinly and evenly as possible. Layer the potatoes over the garlicky crust.
- Sprinkle the thyme and salt over the pizza.
- Bake on the centre rack of the oven for 13 - 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with the arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and roasted pine nuts. Drizzle over the tahini sriracha sauce, and enjoy!
Storage
- Best if enjoyed right away.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 day.

Loved it. Such a tasty alternative to the usual pizza with tomatosauce. 😋
Wow! Delicious. Will definitely make this again.
So simple and so yum!
So good, make this even when you don't have all the ingredients! My favorite homemade pizza ever.
Delicious! Tried this for the first time tonight because I love arugula as a pizza topping, and this has easily become a new favorite! All the ingredients work together beautifully.
I return to this pizza recipe frequently! It is a family favorite in my house.
This pizza makes for a lovely lunch or dinner! From the potatoes to the arugula to pine nuts, the variety of textures really enhance the dish. I’ve made it a couple times now and it never disappoints. Thank you!
