Quick to make and loved by kids as stated by others. Some of my Basil had wilted so I used less than what was called for. I will definitely add the right quantity next time and maybe add an extra garlic for a little kick. Satisfying weeknight dinner! Yum!

My 4 year old surprisingly loved this. I enjoyed it as well but once adding the water in, a lot of the flavor that was there disappeared. I think it needs more flavoring before thinning out the paste or just omitted the water if you want the full flavor there.

I did enjoy this and I loved how nutritious is was but I think I may have been in the mood for something else tonight. Perhaps some chilli flakes on top would help. We had vegan parmesan. I did use quite a large broccoli which maybe diluted the other flavours. I will make this again though because it's a hit with our small child and we did like it.

I did a ton of substitutions like swapping dried with fresh (I used 1/4 c), Peanuts instead walnuts, and I only used 1/4 c of the pasta water to keep the pesto sauce thicker. It was amazing, I definitely like it more than the other green pastas we tried so it looks like I found a staple :)

The pasta is very tasty differently a recipe to add to my broccoli collection. I added mustard powder to reactive the sulfurofaine in the broccoli. I also soaked the walnuts over night. It reduced the tannin in the walnuts which sometimes give a bitter taste and is why some people are allergic. I think it also blends better. Very tasty

I guess this is just a matter of personal preference, but this recipe didnāt work for me. While I love each of them separately, something about the combination of avocado and pasta just didnāt taste right to me.
