These red lentil fritters make for a deliciously spiced snack or appetizer, perfect for sharing. Paired with a tangy, spicy lemon mayonnaise dip that packs just the right amount of heat from chili flakes, these fritters are bursting with bold flavour.

These look amazing, but i am trying to avoid using oil to reduce calories for weight loss. Have you tested these for cooking in an oven or air fryer? What temp and how long would you recommend for those cooking methods?

Hey Cindi! Thanks for your interest in the fritters. We haven't tested them out in the air-fryer or oven, so we can't say with certainty. If you try any alternative cooking methods, we’d love to hear how it turns out 🙂
These are kid approved and so delicious! At some point I want to try a sweet version with cinnamon and a little bit of sugar because these seem versatile enough to be salty or sweet!
