Absolutely delicious! The lime juice at the end is so good. We sprinkled sliced green onions on the rice at the end because we love them.
Good side dish!
It’s good as a side dish but not the main one. The rice was quite dry so I added more water and a whole can of canned tomatoes
Taste is great! Easy to make. I only needed double the water/broth to get the rice cooked.
Simple and delicious
LOVE this!!!
This was sooo great! It also helps that it is super simple to make, but it tasted amazing as well!
The recipe is very good and easy to make! I am not vegan, but I chose this community because it teaches me to have a much greater respect for vegetables and fruits.
Loved this, easy and very tasty. :)
This is soooo tasty! I served it with spicy bean burgers. Loved the coriander and lime at the end. Thank you for a recipe that I can put straight in my rice cooker (although I did cook the garlic first).
Good simple recipe, I added tempeh for protein and a bit more vegetables. Tasted really nice, but left out the cilantro
