Excellent ! Je n'avais pas de graines de chanvre alors je les ai remplacées par plus de graines de tournesol. A l'occasion j'aimerais bien me tester au levain. Pour le sel prévoir 6g

Oh, this turned out so good! To add a bit more flavour, I added fennel and nigella seeds, freshly ground pepper, a lil more salt to enhance the flavours, and drizzled with a bit of maple syrup before baking. Yum-yum-yum!

Hey. This recipe sounds very good but I can't find gluten free oat flour in my shops. Can I substitute it with regular gluten free flour?

If you can get GF Oats and have a food processor, you can turn them into flour.
