Love it! Made the purée myself as they don’t sell the cans in the Netherlands. Simple, roast in the oven (unpeeled) with some olive oil and use the kitchen machine to make the purée.

These are so yummy! I love the texture: firm but fluffy at the same time. The streusel topping adds nice sweetness and crunch. And since these muffins are not overly sweet you can enjoy them any time of the day! 😋

These turned out so delicious! They rose so much and created perfectly round muffin tops. I like that they aren’t overwhelmingly sweet so I can have them for breakfast!

If it says "3 tablespoon of butte, melted" does it mean to take 3 tbsp and then melt or to melt and then measure 3 tbsp? Because, there's a difference...
