This is such a good, easy recipe. Followed the recipe as is, but I sub'd hazelnuts for the cashews as that is what I had on hand. Just a couple handfuls was so filling that I was satisfied and not inclined to snack more. The peanuts added just a hint of salty with the sweet dried fruit.
