This vegan Caesar salad dressing is a flavourful and indulgent addition to any salad. Just like the classic, it is rich and creamy in texture with a savoury and tangy taste. It is a perfect choice for drizzling over crisp romaine lettuce.
The sauce thickens when stored in the fridge. Simply add more water for a thinner consistency.

I made this expecting it to taste similar to the non-vegan version but it is even better! We used to eat caesar salad a lot and now that we are transitioning to a plant-based diet it is helping tremendously. Also I appreciate how little oil is necessary. Thank you!

Oh we're so honoured to hear, Bianca! Wishing you all the best on your journey embracing plants 🌱
When I first made this, it was very garlicky-lemony and not cheesy enough. I have to admit that the lemon was huge and maybe not fully ripened. So today I made a new batch, omitted the lemon completely (I had none), cut the garlic by half, increased the amount of nutritional yeast and capers (there is no such thing as too many capers!) a lot and added a little splash of agave sirup to round the flavours. It came out nearly perfect, so next time I will add a little lemon zest to make it perfect.

Love hearing about all the modifications, Susanne, thank you! Enjoy your culinary adventures 😃
I absolutely LOVE this dressing! My husband and I went vegan a few months ago and I’m always looking for vegan recipes which my children also like because they still eat meat and dairy products. They are obsessed with Caesar Salad and I didn’t expect they might like a vegan version of their favourite dressing! What can I say: they loved it!!! Thanks for your great recipes and all the love and effort that go into them! Also, this app is genious!

Oh, Melli, this is a massive compliment! We're so happy the dressing was enjoyed. Wishing you all the best on your vegan journey 🌱
WOW. This is the best vegan caesar dressing I have ever had! I've tried a few other recipes that tasted good but were always missing the classic anchovy flavor or didn't even taste like caesar. This tastes cheesy and has the hint of garlic and anchovy. This one really knocks it out of the park and is going to be a regular staple.

I love Caesar salad but rarely make it at home. The recipe inspired me and did not disappoint.

Love this recipe! Better than some real ranch dressings…
Yummmm!! Simple but I add it to everything! It’s extremely addicting.

Literally obsessed!! Best caesar dressing, vegan or otherwise!
So easy, flavorful and delicious! Excited to have this added to my list of dressings to make 😊🥗💫
This was the best vegan caesar i've ever tried!
I’m not able to have vinegar; do you have any alternative suggestions please?
Oh this really hit the spot! Will be making it again for sure!
