Hey Tasnim, both will work. If freezing the rolls uncooked you don’t need to defrost them before baking - just bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time 😊 If freezing cooked rolls is best to heat them before enjoying them again!

Made these for a party at a friend's house, and they were such a hit! They're easily portable, so you can make them in advance, take them to wherever you're headed, and then reheat in the oven before serving.

Made it today for a picnic with my friend and we both loved it! I used pastry dough instead of a pizza one and it also worked really well and made a perfect crust:)
