2 cups (200g)raw pecans
Directions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Combine the ingredients (except for the pecans) in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
- Cook at medium-high heat, until the sugar melts and boils rapidly, about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add the pecans and stir to coat.
- Immediately transfer them to the prepared lined tray, spreading them out as much as possible.
- Let them cool down completely before transferring them to a container. Enjoy!
Storage
- Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
