The Best Oven Fried Tofu

We tried every method we could think of to bring you the best oven-fried tofu recipe. Our winner has a crispy coating with a tender, well-seasoned interior. Torn edges add extra crunch with maximum surface area for that golden crispness. We used a Mexican seasoning to coat them in, but you can use any blend that suits the dish, from chick’n spice mix to BBQ seasoning, Greek seasoning, ras el hanout, or beyond.

Fonctionne très bien avec le tofu de pois cassés. Pas besoin de mettre beaucoup de maïzena et ne pas presser le tofu bien entendu. Nickel pour mettre un tofu bien saisi dans un plat
