Hey! Would it make sense to substitute both the coconut water and coconut condensed milk for coconut milk?

Hi hi, Alex! We haven’t tested this substitution, so I can’t say for certain how the popsicles would turn out, but I think it could work. Just keep in mind that using coconut milk for both would likely give them a much stronger coconut flavour and a richer, fattier mouthfeel, especially with canned coconut milk. They would probably also be less sweet, since the condensed coconut milk contributes quite a bit of sweetness, so you may want to add a little more agave to taste before freezing 🤗
