Uh-mazing! This is so versatile that I used it with falafel pita pockets, tacos and burgers and wasn't tired of it! The dressing is so yummy I could've had a spoonful by itself! Great recipe for first time slaw makers as others have said too!

I saw someone else say the same thing I never made coleslaw before and some of the ingredients didn’t sound like it would go well…but trusting the process this simple dish is very tasty!!!!

Hiya Maria, the coleslaw can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days 🤗 The veggies soften the longer they sit in the dressing, so consider draining away any released liquid and add a bit more vegan mayonnaise if needed.

Trust the process! First time slaw maker and I was so worried with the syrup and combining apple cider with mustard. I did not have celery salt but had a Hidden Valley dry ranch packet on hand and used it instead. This will be delicious as a side to the tofu wraps the next two nights.
