Unexpectedly so good!! Used unsweetened oat milk instead of soy for the fondue and one extra tbsp of nutritional yeast. It was great with sourdough and raw veggies. Will try with nachos next. Easy to make,too! Another wonderful recipe!
We made a small portion of the cheese dip to pour it over our cauliflower. We ate it with cooked potatoes and pickles. But the dip will definitely work as a cheese fondue!! It was so tasty :)!!!
