A traditional Mexican guacamole made with ripe avocados, white onion, fresh chile, cilantro, lime, and salt. Simple, bright, and true to its roots. It’s perfect scooped up with tortilla chips or served alongside tacos, tostadas, burritos, nourish bowls, and other Mexican-inspired dishes.

pretty good! maybe a bit too lemony for my taste. Could you please also add to the recipe how many small avocados you'd use (hand palm size)? :)

Thanks so much for the feedback, Kira! and yes, I’d say about 4 small avocados would be a good swap for the 3 medium ones. If you prefer a little less tang, you can always start with less lime juice and add more to taste 🤗✨
