Made this for dinner and how surprising! All the flavors paired really well together and was a great accompaniment to tortilla chips. I'll be making this again!
SO GOOD! Will definitely be making this all spring and summer.
Absolutely delicious and very surprising! Made this for guests, and twice since just for me and my family. It was spicy and refreshing at the same time, and those who didn't use to like beans loved them this time! Cilantro is more problematic for some, so once I swaped it for parsley, it worked a charm! Won't forget this one for sure!
I left out the spicy ingredients (I don’t care for heat) and swapped cilantro for parsley. It still turned out very delicious. I‘ll definitely be making it again.
Hi! If I wanted to make this but have the soapy cilantro issue, is there an herb you’d recommend in its place?
The sauce is exquisite ! My husband and I would cook this very often ! It's decided ! Thank you so much for sharing your creativity and knowledge throughout your platforms. 🇨🇵
This was absolutely fantastic! Me and my daughter enjoyed every mouthful. Thank you for the wonderful recipe. All the recipes that we have tried so far are great. Greetings from South Africa
I'm curious , but why use a whole tomato along with cherry tomatoes?
summery, beautiful and very tasty! I’m definitely gonna make this again while tomatoes are still in season
This was such an interesting one! Quite easy to make, the yogurt sauce was so flavourful.
My tomatoes were not great (your usual grocery store ones), so I fried them up with some herbs and spices. Would probably be good on their own if you have seasonal ripe tomatoes. Thanks for coming up with these creative recipes!
Omg, this looks like a chef étoilé’s recipe , for real! Might just have convinced me to finally give beans another try after years ..!
