This is extremely tasty and too easy to make. We had it for dinner but this would make a wonderful breakfast/lunch meal as well.
I did find the amount of oil a bit much so I'll try to tone back on that the next time and hope it's still as delicious.

This recipe looks delicious. I did not make it yet. But I’m wondering if you guys know lemon balm. It is very fragrant and can grow almost everywhere. It would be amazing if pick up limes created some lemon balm recipes.

It's not an ingredient we can readily find here to my knowledge, but I'll keep my eye out for seeds and see if we can grow them in our garden to start expirementing with... I think it could be super fun to incorporate into teas, salads, or maybe even desserts - thanks for the idea! ☺️
