Delicious! We ate it with potato wedges and green salad.

Absolutely delicious! Both me and my partner loved this recipe and will be making it again.

Loved this! I used TVP instead of Beyond mince and it was great.

Hey Kata, can you please share how you did this? I'd love to do the same!

Yeah! I started with a cup of TVP and then ended up rehydrating a bit more to get the proportions to my liking.

Since lahmacun traditionally uses lamb, I decided to do a merguez-inspired spiced broth to hydrate and flavor the tvp (I made a jar of spice mix first, proportions below, then added it to 1c. of hot water to taste).

After the TVP was hydrated, I squeezed out the extra moisture and followed the recipe as written.

Spice mix (adapted from LinsFood.com):
2tbsp cumin
2tbsp paprika
1 tbsp coriander seed
1 tbsp fennel seed
1 tbsp salt (I used garlic salt)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
.5 tsp cayenne pepper
