Hi HS, no pre-soaking needed! The TVP softens as it sits in the marinade and absorbs all that flavourful liquid. Just be sure to give it a few stirs while it soaks to help it hydrate evenly 😊

Ça se "picore" tout seul 😆. Je sens que je vais refaire souvent cette recette, c'est très facile, bon et croustillant ! J'ai utilisé un calibre de TVP plus gros que celui de la recette et ça fonctionne très bien.
