Oh man…so good! Hubs told me I should open a restaurant as he was eating this. Lol. The flavors and textures were so good together. And the chipotle mayo was the perfect addition. I’ve made PUL recipes all week. Feeling amazing in addition to loving the food. More energy eating all these plants. :)

PUL Team - July 12, 2024, 6:45 p.m.

How wonderful to hear, Lisa! It sounds like the flavours and textures of the dish were a hit. It's love to hear you're feeling amazing and energized too. We're excited to continue this adventure together 🫶✨

Lindsay - July 11, 2024, 4:36 p.m.

This is now on a weekly rotation in my house. We have also done vegan buffalo sauce as well as its good too!

PUL Team - July 11, 2024, 9:32 p.m.

Yay so glad that you're enjoying the wrap, Lindsay!

Chaya - July 6, 2024, 1:22 a.m.

Delish! Love the smoky flavors from the paprika and the chipotle.

Julia - June 4, 2024, 8:32 p.m.

Very good, quick dinner 💛 we used sriracha instead of the chipotle mayo.

Jennifer Lawrence - May 19, 2024, 3:06 a.m.

Make these for lunch today and used coconut yogurt instead of the mayo and it was sooooo yummy! 🌯😍

Kathy - May 14, 2024, 12:45 p.m.

For my taste it was a little dry. I love them more with guacamole or tomato sauce. Apart from that great recipe!

PUL Team - May 15, 2024, 2:09 a.m.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the wrap, Kathy 🤗 In case you skipped the chipotle mayo, it takes these wraps to the next level!

Masha - May 14, 2024, 3:43 a.m.

I replaced white rice with farro and was great!
Thank you!

sammy - April 30, 2024, 12:35 p.m.

Am I able to freeze these burritos like the make ahead burritos? 🌯

PUL Team - April 30, 2024, 8:51 p.m.

Hey Sammy, we don't imagine it would freeze well. Mostly because tofu can hold on to ice crystals with its porous structure, so when it thaws, it might become soggy. If you don't mind that, you can certainly still give it a try though, and if you do try it, let us know how it goes 😊

Britt - April 19, 2024, 12:46 a.m.

Shredded tofu has been a game changer for me. My non-vegan husband requests this meal on repeat. It’s nice for the times you want a meal that’s light but still filling. Delicious!

PUL Team - April 19, 2024, 5:35 a.m.

Yess shredded tofu is a game-changer! So glad you're enjoying the wraps, Britt 😊

Suzie - April 9, 2024, 8:09 a.m.

I want to make this recipe but I don’t have the chipotle adobo sauce. Is there any other sauce I can replace it with??? I’m very excited to try it !!!! 🫶

PUL Team - April 10, 2024, 12:16 a.m.

Hi Suzie! We tend to find it in the international food aisle or near other jarred goods in case it helps. You can omit the chipotle adobo sauce if it's not accessible. Alternatively, you can substitute it for a hot sauce of your choosing, such as Tabasco 😃

suzie - April 10, 2024, 7:50 a.m.

Thank you so much! I will definitely try that!😋

Mi Ri - April 3, 2024, 8:34 p.m.

Wow, that was so delicious 😀

Easy to make and so very nice!

Bethany Bryant - March 24, 2024, 12:43 a.m.

This one was full of flavor with the perfect amount of crunch from the spinach and cabbage.
Husband gave it a 5 star yummy level and asked how soon will we have it for dinner again. That's a definite repeat for our household.

PUL Team - March 26, 2024, 11:03 p.m.

So happy to hear you enjoyed the wrap, Bethany! Thank you 😊

Elke Spiessens - March 1, 2024, 7:01 p.m.

The whole family loved it! Will definitely make again

Dorottya Dankó - March 1, 2024, 1:27 p.m.

Sooo yummy! I made this as a super-quick lunch at my lunchbreak when working from home. To speed things up a little, I pressed the tofu for several hours to get rid of the moisture and then I skipped the frying. I didn't have red cabbage at home, so I used shredded carrot instead and it worked perfectly. 😊

PUL Team - March 2, 2024, 4:09 a.m.

So happy to hear that the tofu wrap was enjoyed, Dorottya!

Tamara - March 1, 2024, 9:16 a.m.

I also added jalapeno slices, it was SO good!

Kerrin - Feb. 29, 2024, 7:30 p.m.

Even worth a try if you can't get your hands on the chipotle sauce (I couldn't). It's such a delicious way to sneak more raw veggies into your daily intake. :)

PUL Team - Feb. 29, 2024, 9:28 p.m.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the tofu wrap, Kerrin!

Fred - Feb. 28, 2024, 10:15 p.m.

So delicious!

Ameel T. - Feb. 28, 2024, 3:32 p.m.

Really simple and really good!

Cassiopeia's Moon - Feb. 28, 2024, 10:59 a.m.

Very good! I think I'll add some more chili next time, either through the BBQ sauce or as jalapeno slices.

Erika Wall - Feb. 28, 2024, 2:12 a.m.

Yummy! Don't skip the chipotle mayo!

Mel - Feb. 27, 2024, 5:45 p.m.

Had this for lunch today and it was so yummy! The chipotle mayo was the best.

PUL Team - Feb. 28, 2024, 12:10 a.m.

Woop woop! Thanks, Mel 😊

Keelie - Feb. 26, 2024, 10:15 p.m.

Easy and delicious! I was lazy to make the rice and swapped it for avocado like you suggested and it was perfection!

Romane Q - Feb. 26, 2024, 8:23 p.m.

We just did it, it was super great! I didn't add the rice because I ate a lot of carbs on my daily basics. But I can fill that this will add more confortness to the dish

PUL Team - Feb. 27, 2024, 10:05 p.m.

So glad that the tofu wrap was enjoyed with the modification, Romane!

N Mart - Feb. 26, 2024, 6:35 p.m.

Delicious

Sarah - Feb. 26, 2024, 11:53 a.m.

Is there anything I can substitute the chipotle adobo sauce with? Unfortunately I can’t find them where I live 🥺

PUL Team - Feb. 27, 2024, 9:13 p.m.

Hey Sarah, we tend to find it in the international food aisle or near other jarred goods in case it helps. You can omit the chipotle adobo sauce if it's not accessible. Alternatively, you can substitute it for a hot sauce of your choosing, such as Tabasco 🤗

Lisa J - July 10, 2024, 4:50 a.m.

Optional substitute: Mayo, Chipotle seasoning, fresh minced garlic, lemon juice. I prefer this mixture so I don’t have to open a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and wonder what to do with the rest of it now that the can is open.
