I used dehydrated soy mince to make this and it was delicious. I loved the combination of the mint and garlic yogurt with the tomato and smoked paprika. I would never have thought of creating a pasta like this and now I'm a fan!

So delicious! I wish the vegan mince had a little more bite to it but the flavour is dish is so great!
