I made this for dinner tonight. I increased the servings to 6. Maybe my large tortillas were bigger than normal, because I had tons of leftovers after assembling the lasagna. Not that it was a bad thing, as those baked tortilla wedges are very tasty to eat as is. 😋 Yes, this takes a little more effort to make than a one-pot stew or something, but it's absolutely worth it. The flavors go so well together and it's just all around yummy comfy meal. Thank you so much for another delicious recipe!
Delicious!
Tortillas slightly to brown, because they went from white to almost black in a really short moment ..
Took a long time to prepare and cook everything. It was very delicious but not much to my taste. I mean, when I compare to so many other recipes you have ☺️ thanks a lot for your huge efforts ♥️
The flavors of this are just *chef's kiss.* way to take nachos up a notch! Subbed vegan sausage (chopped finely) for the vegetarian protein and it worked great. Also used gluten free flour in the béchamel and it also worked great. YUM!
This definitely takes some time to make, but if you have the time and the energy it's absolutely worth it. I just made it for the first time and it was absolutely delicious - the chips gives it heft and an occasional crunch, the texture and taste of the filling is indulgently good, and the bechamel sauce is yummy! What's not to like?

Delicious comfy meal, a bit of a job to make but worth it. Oregano also works really well for seasoning the chips.
