Masala chai, a cherished drink from India, is much more than just tea - it’s a moment of comfort and a celebration of aromatic spices. From strong, sweet brews to spiced, milky versions served in clay cups, every family, vendor, and region adds its unique twist to this timeless classic. Traditionally, black tea is simmered with warming spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger, then sweetened and enriched with creamy milk, creating a perfectly soothing drink.

I wasn't a big fan of the overpowering cinnamon flavor, but other than that, this is definitely going to be in my rotation. Very hearty and comforting drink.
