This was delicious! Perfect balance of sweet and tart.
I had a dinner party for my birthday tonight and served this as dessert. I followed Fiona’s lead as to how to prep this dish beforehand, and it was delicous! Absolute show stopper, it indeed tastes like Christmas and everybody loved it ❤️
Made this tonight and it was delightful! The pear, cranberry and cinnamon taste so warming and Christmassy and the topping is the perfect amount of sweetness to feel indulgent but not sickly or overly sweet. So easy to prepare ahead of time too. The day before I made and stored separately the filling, dry topping ingredients and wet topping ingredients, then assembled in 5 minutes the following day. I also subbed vegetable oil for the refined coconut oil and it worked perfectly. Definitely a recipe I'll be coming back to!
