Taquitos are a classic Mexican dish consisting of small rolled-up tortillas filled with various ingredients such as beef, chicken, cheese, or beans. Our version of this dish is made by rolling corn tortillas filled with a savoury mix of refried beans and vegan ground beef, then frying them to perfect crispiness. They are typically served with toppings or dipping sauces such as guacamole, sour cream, or salsa. Enjoy taquitos as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.

Made this for the first time and not only was it easy but it made a lot. It was filling, delicious, and I'm looking forward to adding it as a staple dish. Also, I ran out of corn tortillas and used some leftover flour tortillas and that was amazing as well. Thanks for this one! Loved it.

Those really hit the spot. Crunchy, fresh and spicy ( we added some gochu garu and loads of sriracha). Perfect Friday night dinner! We paired it with some simple PUL salsa and fresh spinach. But 3 wraps per serving wasn't enough for us. We had 10 wraps for us two.
