We all eat with our eyes, don't we?

Although these lunch box ideas are intended for kids, they can certainly be enjoyed by adults too! Why should only the kids get all the fun?

Making the lunch and snacks colourful and interactive is certainly a fun way to inspire kids to try new wholesome food choices. Try any of these 3 sets of lunch and snack boxes and see what they think!

As always, try to include at least 3 of 4 food groups when creating main meals:

  1. Fruits and vegetables

  2. Whole grains

  3. Plant-based proteins (beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, soy products)

  4. Plant-based dairy alternatives
