Very tasty, but the integrity was quite soft/crumbly. It was in the oven for long enough I would say, the edges were quite brown. Could it be possible, that the dough was not cold enough?

Thanks for your feedback, Nike! Yes, if the dough isn't cold enough, it can affect the texture, making it a bit more crumbly. I’d recommend chilling the dough for a little longer before baking to help with the structure. You can also try pressing the dough into the pan more firmly to help it hold together better :)

Hey Zoë, we didn't test it for this recipe but we suspect is should freeze just fine. For best results, freeze it all on a parchment paper in a single layer, and after a couple of hours when each piece is frozen, then transfer them to an airtight container for storage. This way they won't stick together when you're ready to pick out just one (or a few) to enjoy later. Let it thaw back to room temp, and enjoy!
