Enjoy this roasted red pepper sauce as a dip to your favourite roasted veggies, or as a sauce in a wrap.
Roasted Red Pepper Dip
▸ ▹ Vegan, soy-free, nut-free, gluten-free
Yield: 1 cup

4 roasted red bell peppers, from a jar
2 tsp (10 mL) sambal oelek
1 tsp (4 g) garlic powder
1 tsp (3 g) dried basil
1 tsp (3 g) dried oregano
Add all ingredients to a small food processor, and blend until coarsely chopped. Serve, and enjoy!
Storage: keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
