Nice dip sauce, although it has a very distinct flavour that limits its usage. The use of tahini and water is a good trick to reduce the fatty feeling of regular mayonnaise, which is appreciated 👍🏼. I tried it with PUL sweet potato recipe and that combination deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
