I have used the tofu chorizo to make burritos, tacos, and this delightful bolognese on several occasions. It is a delicious, compliment-generating meal every time. Many thanks Sadia.

This is probably my favorite pasta dish, even as a non-vegan :). All the ingredients are so flavorful. Also, definitely include the pine nuts as a topping!

I will definitely be making this again. I made two servings, one for dinner. Then packed the other for lunch and it was great reheated, plus made my coworkers want some.

This is one of the old recipes but I enjoyed it so so much.
It is true that it has such a meaty taste and it is packed with full of great ingredients!

This recipe is so delicious. I was so shocked when I made it for the first time because it has such a meaty taste. This is one of my go-to pasta recipes now. Absolutely love it.

We're so thrilled you're enjoying the pasta, Justin, thanks for sharing!

Super tasteful - a great alternative. As a new vegan, I'm so glad when I find these kind of recipes which allow me to enjoy foods that I love but in a vegan way. This is so good. Thank you!

So grateful that PUL has been part of your plant-based journey! Thank you, Evelina 😊

Oh, how i've missed Bolognese since I cut meat from my diet 5 or so years ago. But this really hit the spot! And my partner, who does have meat occasionally, also loves this dish as well. Any excuse I can have to use olives, I am into it. 😂

PUL Team - July 10, 2021, 9:26 p.m.

We appreciate this so much, Mackenzie, thank you for sharing your review with us 😃
