Harissa Maple Tofu Bowl
This harissa maple tofu bowl is all about contrasts, in the best way. The tofu is crispy, sticky, and sweet. It’s bold but balanced. Then there’s the herby couscous - light, fluffy, and fresh enough to brighten everything up. Add a few veggies for crunch and a drizzle of extra olive oil, and it all comes together beautifully.Servings

So good! I was a bit sceptical, because normally I don't like olives and was not yet sure how I feel about harissa paste in general, but it turned out to be amazing!
I struggled to eat tofu as I don’t really like it but this recipe was really good. Cooked half the tofu as in the recipe and ate it all no problem. Cooked the tofu in the air fryer (170 for 12 minutes), came out great 👍
Amazing! The tofu sauce and coating worked SO WELL
This was so fantastic! The amount of mint was perfect and an amazing compliment to the sweet-spicy maple harissa sauce. This is going into regular rotation.
Checks all the boxes: healthy ✅ easy ✅ delicious ✅ toddler approved ✅
This is delicious! It’s really fresh and the tofu marinade is really is the perfect mixture of spicy and sweet. It only took me 30mins to make too, 5 stars!! 😍
This was really delicious, but I had to dilute the harissa paste with some tomato paste because the harissa I have is extremely spicy and 50gr would mean signing my death sentence. 🥲 So, out of curiosity: what harissa do you use exactly to be able to add 50gr? Is it a milder version? Mine is 92% chilli.
This was so delicious and fresh! It’s definitely going into my regular rotation! I swapped the couscous for whole wheat orzo because I had it and wanted to use it up (and couscous is expensive here for some reason!). Can’t wait to have it for lunch tomorrow 😍
What a fabulous recipe. I substituted quinoa for couscous. It turned out great! The maple harissa sauce is 🤌🏼
I’m going to be making this regularly now
Made this last night and it is delicious! If you prep first it's very easy to cook and assemble. I will definitely be making it again. I also made some simple shredded Brussels and added them to the couscous. Not needed but I wanted another veggie.
Easy to make and sooo good! I recommend to serve it with garlic yogurt on the side.
Very tasty! Made a huge batch today for the week!
Fresh, spicy, nutricious and easy to make
