Made these today - they were so good and airfrying made the pastry fabulously crispy! 10/10

Hi PUL, I’ve noticed that more of your recipes now include air fryer instructions, which is wonderful! I was wondering if you might also consider adding alternative methods for those of us who don’t have an air fryer. As always, thank you for creating such delicious recipes and for continually expanding my taste experiences—I really appreciate all the work you put into them.

Hi Franziska! Thanks so much for the feedback. We’ll keep alternative cooking methods in mind for future recipes. Your support means a lot ☺️

We haven’t tested this specific recipe in an oven yet, so we can’t say for certain, but we suspect it will work well baked on a parchment-lined tray at 400°F (200°C) in a conventional (top–bottom heat) oven for about 18 - 22 minutes, rotating once, until puffed and golden. If you’re using a fan/convection oven, try 375°F (190°C) and start checking around 15 - 18 minutes, as they brown a bit faster. Ovens do vary, so use the golden colour as your guide 💛

Do you think I can bake it in the conventional oven?

Heyy Savvas! You can bake them in a conventional oven for sure, though we haven't tested the exact temp and times ourselves. I suspect it would work out just fine if baked at 400°F (200°C) in a conventional (top–bottom heat) oven for about 18 - 22 minutes, until puffed and golden. Just keep an eye on them since baking time may vary slightly from oven to oven. Let us know how it goes if you try them out ☺️

I was wondering the same but in a toaster oven on convection

Hii Jacqui, ooo you could try these in a toaster oven on convection! Be sure to keep an eye on them a little earlier than the suggested time, though, since convection tends to cook and brown faster than a standard oven or air fryer. Happy baking 🫶
